This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Facilitate and perform background checks for new hires prior to employment.
β’ Draft and dispatch offer letters to chosen candidates.
β’ Organize and provide welcome kits to new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
β’ Oversee a streamlined onboarding procedure for new hires, guaranteeing they receive essential information from day one.
β’ Manage the recruitment process for hires in India by posting job openings, collaborating with hiring managers, assessing applications, interviewing candidates, and overseeing the entire recruiting cycle until offer acceptance.
β’ Arrange onboarding sessions and compulsory training programs.
β’ Handle payroll administration, ensuring timely and precise processing.
β’ Ensure compliance and manage the administration of employee benefits.
β’ Conduct employment verifications and address external HR-related inquiries.
β’ Keep holiday calendars updated and inform relevant parties of any changes.
β’ Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
β’ Maintain and verify the accuracy of employee records within the HRIS system.
β’ Process employee updates in the HRIS, including lateral transfers, salary adjustments, and other modifications.
β’ Regularly audit and review employee data for correctness.
β’ Address employee inquiries and external HR requests promptly and professionally.
β’ Assist managers and employees with the accurate and efficient processing of HR-related tasks.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of overall HR experience in a US company, with at least 2 years in recruiting.
β’ Willingness and capability to overlap a few hours with the US time zone.
β’ Knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll management, and benefits compliance.
β’ Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Proficiency in managing confidential information with care and professionalism.
β’ Understanding of employment laws and regulations in India.
