This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide and mentor managers and directors in addressing employee relations and organizational issues.
• Assist employees with onboarding, offboarding, inquiries regarding compensation and benefits, and managing leaves of absence.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent throughout the organization, from job design to candidate experience.
• Initially focus on recruiting for engineering and clinical operations positions, with plans to expand into Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success roles.
• Ensure ongoing adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Lead and support initiatives centered on people-first change management.
• Implement and maintain performance management and compensation frameworks alongside the SVP of People.
• Oversee routine HCM administration, which includes maintaining data integrity, employee records, time tracking, and reporting.
• Evaluate departmental talent requirements and gaps, employing job design and talent attraction strategies to fill them.
• Develop scalable HR processes and documentation.
• Serve as a backup for payroll tasks in collaboration with the Accounting team.
• Collaborate on the annual compensation review process.
• Ensure accuracy in HCM records related to promotions, raises, and role changes.
• At least 3 years of experience in a mid-level HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Talent role.
• Proven ownership of significant HR responsibilities; not suitable for entry-level HR Coordinators or Assistants.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and business principles.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws, including FMLA and ADA.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for professional-level positions.
• Preferred experience in recruiting for Engineering and Clinical Operations roles.
• Capability to recruit for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success as hiring needs evolve.
• Solid background in talent management, job design, job descriptions, and recruitment processes.
• Experience in compensation is beneficial.
• Proven track record of leading teams through growth-driven organizational changes.
• Ability to align shifting business needs with a remote, employee-first culture.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
• Capacity to adapt and reorder priorities amid competing demands and tight deadlines.
• Experience with People analytics is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on workload, typically Monday to Friday.
• Proficient in using Rippling, GSuite, Slack, Asana, and AI tools for business purposes.
• Must be located in the US; the employer cannot provide visa sponsorship at this time.
