This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take charge of the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
• Perform regular one-on-one check-ins to assess engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues such as burnout, low performance, and retention challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to enhance team effectiveness, boost performance, and address complex personnel issues.
• Lead and support initiatives for leadership and team development to foster strong managerial capabilities.
• Analyze HR metrics and convert data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Assist in the compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Continuously enhance and refine HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies.
• Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects to support organizational growth and scaling.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a comparable HR role.
• Proficient in English.
• Practical experience managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding.
• Strong grasp of performance management and employee motivation principles.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with managers and employees at all levels.
• Comfortable working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the capability to make informed decisions based on insights.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and ownership.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring.
