• Deliver first-level HR assistance to Career Advisors and employees.
• Aid HR systems and processes, encompassing Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Payroll, Flexible Work Arrangements, Education Reimbursement, and various HR tools/processes.
• Initiate change requests to support daily business operations as instructed.
• Oversee and carry out onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Manage HR case intake by documenting requests from employees/managers, tracking the status until resolution, and escalating issues as necessary.
• Assist with Employee Relations (ER) matters by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and escalating complex issues when appropriate.
• Administer performance management cycles by facilitating tool navigation, timelines, communications/routing, and tracking completion.
• Provide administrative and project support by coordinating project plans and timelines, maintaining documentation, ensuring data integrity and audit preparedness, and assisting with special initiatives and business-unit-specific requests.
• Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing communications, events, survey administration, and action tracking; compile participation metrics and summarize themes as required.
• Coordinate the administration of the internship program by collaborating with recruiting and managers on logistics and milestones and supporting intern onboarding/offboarding, check-ins, and issue resolution.
• Maintain and analyze HR reports and operational metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, leaves of absence (LOAs), ER activity, requisitions, and performance-cycle completion).
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of HR processes.
• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
• 3 years of experience as an HR generalist.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
• Capable of negotiating and resolving problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in relevant technology.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
