This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
β’ Facilitate a smooth employee lifecycle while upholding the integrity of HR data, compliance, and internal support systems.
β’ Oversee the technical and administrative verification aspects of people operations.
β’ Work autonomously and proactively identify risks or inefficiencies.
β’ Implement comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires and manage HR reviews, probation periods, and performance evaluations.
β’ Develop and maintain an extensive 'HR Operations Playbook.'
β’ Serve as the primary administrator of the HRIS, ensuring it is the definitive source of truth, while performing thorough audits of employee records.
β’ Handle the enrollment and termination of team benefit plans, addressing employee inquiries as needed.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to gather information on scorecards and job descriptions, as well as manage interview scheduling.
β’ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a streamlined HR function within a small to medium-sized organization.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy even in a high-output environment.
β’ Strong proficiency in HRIS, Performance Management, and ATS tools (Deel, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever, Leapsom, PERK).
β’ Demonstrated ability to identify friction points in the employee lifecycle and propose innovative solutions proactively.
β’ Capable of translating complex policies into straightforward language while managing sensitive health and disciplinary information with utmost confidentiality.
β’ Basic understanding of employment laws with the ability to recognize legal risks for further escalation.
β’ Proven effectiveness during periods of rapid organizational change, with the capacity to balance long-term projects against daily HR support duties.
