📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for designated clients, gaining insight into their distinct business requirements and HR challenges.

• Establish and nurture robust, trustworthy relationships with client stakeholders, including executive leaders and HR teams.

• Offer expert counsel and strategic direction on HR best practices, compliance, and organizational development.

• Lead and oversee HR consulting initiatives from start to finish, ensuring timely execution and high-quality results.

• Formulate and implement customized HR policies and strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and legal standards.

• Conduct HR audits, evaluate findings, and provide actionable suggestions for enhancing HR functions and compliance.

• Manage and execute talent acquisition strategies, encompassing recruitment, assessment, and onboarding processes.

• Facilitate mediation and grievance resolution processes, fostering a harmonious workplace atmosphere and ensuring equitable treatment.

• Provide executive coaching sessions to leaders and high-potential employees, promoting leadership development and performance improvement.

• Oversee outsourced HR functions for clients, ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations.

• Conduct research and generate reports on various HR subjects, market trends, and best practices to guide client strategies and internal growth.

• Create and deliver high-quality training programs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness to meet client needs.

• Ensure all HR policies, strategies, and services adhere to applicable local, regional, and international labor laws, data privacy regulations, and anti-discrimination laws.

• Assist clients in recognizing and mitigating HR-related risks and liabilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.

• A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in HR.

• Proven expertise across various HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, policy formulation, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance.

• Strong familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices within the United States.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR solutions.

• Proficient in HR software and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.

• A high level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
