This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborating closely with the leadership team at User Voice to design and implement strategic People initiatives.
• Establishing yourself as a strategic contributor within the leadership teams and a reliable advisor to their leads; mentoring and guiding leaders through a variety of People challenges and opportunities.
• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business challenges and opportunities we aim to address and providing customized people strategies and solutions.
• Offering thought leadership and coaching to leaders as they navigate rapid organizational change and growth with grace, ensuring calmness, clarity, and systems thinking in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
• Working alongside HR Centers of Excellence to leverage their expertise in addressing business challenges or seizing opportunities while also executing regular HR programs, including performance management, growth initiatives, pulse surveys, and reward assessments.
• Engaging with the wider People Partnering and People team to utilize collective expertise in shaping company-wide opportunities and fostering learning from one another to enhance operational excellence.
• Possess extensive experience in HR Business Partnering within high-growth, fast-paced, global settings.
• Utilize expertise across HR programs, such as performance management, leadership development, and organizational design.
• Function as a strategic thought partner, distilling complex information into impactful HR solutions.
• Coach and assist leadership teams as they navigate organizational growth and transformation.
• Be proactive by nature and excel in uncertain situations, always anticipating upcoming challenges and energised by new opportunities.
• See projects through from strategy to implementation, ensuring that HR strategic thinking translates into initiatives that create significant impact.
• Exhibit creative thinking and understand how to design meaningful, high-impact people experiences that are both unique and effective.
• Lead change management initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions to new structures, processes, and working methods.
• Demonstrate deep emotional intelligence, resilience, and empathy, enabling you to tackle challenges with confidence.
• Manage multiple priorities with outstanding organizational skills and judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate and influence senior leaders, team leads, and HR partners to ensure alignment of people strategies with business objectives.
