• Spearhead the redesign of GTM roles while developing detailed Skills Matrices in partnership with GTM leadership.
• Evolve the Talent Review process from a mere "check-the-box" task into a substantial growth catalyst by guiding managers on delivering impactful feedback and ensuring employees feel acknowledged.
• Initiate and oversee an internal mobility program aimed at preparing employees for their next career advancement within Wrike.
• Serve as a practical problem-solver for Director-level stakeholders, leveraging data to pinpoint and address business challenges before they escalate.
• Operate efficiently in a high-volume environment, addressing complex requests swiftly and accurately across the GTM and Marketing divisions.
• Continuously seek out and automate repetitive HRBP workflows by creating custom Gems, employing Wrike’s internal AI tools, and documenting the automated procedures.
• Established history as an HRBP in a rapidly growing tech setting, particularly in support of Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams.
• Experience in role mapping, leveling, and constructing competency-based Skills Matrices.
• Proven ability to participate in challenging discussions and deliver immediate, actionable feedback to leadership.
• Capability to detect "cues" in business conversations, interpret them as issues, and resolve them using a blend of data and intuition.
• In-depth understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks.
• Proficient in G Suite and experienced in working with a Project Management or System of Record tool (like Wrike, Notion, Asana, etc.).
