• Take the lead on redesigning GTM roles and develop comprehensive Skills Matrices in partnership with GTM leaders.
• Evolve the Talent Review process from a mere compliance exercise into a robust growth engine by guiding managers on impactful feedback and ensuring that employees feel valued.
• Initiate and oversee an internal mobility program aimed at preparing employees for their next career advancement within Wrike.
• Serve as a practical problem-solver for Director-level stakeholders, leveraging data to pinpoint and address business challenges before they escalate.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume setting, handling intricate requests swiftly and accurately across the GTM and Marketing departments.
• Spot and automate repetitive HRBP workflows by creating custom Gems, utilizing Wrike’s internal AI tools, and documenting the automated processes.
• Established history as an HRBP in a fast-paced tech environment, particularly supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams.
• Experience in role mapping, levels, and constructing competency-based Skills Matrices.
• Proven ability to participate in challenging discussions and deliver immediate, actionable feedback to leadership.
• Skill in recognizing "cues" in business conversations, translating them into issues, and resolving them through a blend of data and intuition.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks.
• Expertise in G Suite and familiarity with Project Management or System of Record tools (such as Wrike, Notion, Asana, etc.) is essential; you need to be adept at managing your entire workload, tracking projects, and collaborating asynchronously within a unified productivity platform.
