Senior HR Business Partner – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the redesign of GTM roles and develop comprehensive Skills Matrices in partnership with GTM leaders.

• Transform the Talent Review process from a mere "check-the-box" activity into a significant growth engine by coaching managers on impactful feedback and ensuring employees are heard.

• Initiate and oversee an internal mobility program aimed at enhancing employee readiness for their subsequent career steps within Wrike.

• Serve as a practical problem-solver for Director-level stakeholders, leveraging data to pinpoint and address business friction before it escalates.

• Operate within a high-volume setting, efficiently managing complex requests with agility and accuracy across the GTM and Marketing divisions.

• Recognize and automate repetitive HRBP workflows by creating custom Gems, utilizing Wrike’s internal AI tools, and documenting automated processes to transition the GTM People team from manual tasks to strategic oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history as an HRBP in a fast-paced tech environment, specifically supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams.

• Experience in role mapping, leveling, and developing competency-based Skills Matrices.

• A demonstrated capacity to engage in challenging conversations and provide immediate, actionable feedback to leadership.

• The ability to pick up on "cues" during business discussions, translate them into problems, and resolve them using a blend of data and intuition.

• Expert-level knowledge of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks.

• Proficiency in G Suite and experience with Project Management or System of Record tools (such as Wrike, Notion, Asana, etc.) is essential; you must be adept at managing your entire workload, tracking projects, and collaborating asynchronously within a centralized productivity platform.
