This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Collaborate with leaders to enhance team effectiveness and maintain high performance levels.
β’ Identify organizational friction and ascertain the root causes of performance issues.
β’ Provide guidance on organizational structure, role clarity, and related decisions.
β’ Assist in workforce planning and budgeting in partnership with divisional leaders.
β’ Mentor managers to improve feedback practices and performance discussions.
β’ Support leaders in performance management with a focus on clarity and consistency.
β’ Advise on headcount considerations and prioritization strategies.
β’ Analyze people data to uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities for intervention.
β’ Convert insights into actionable plans.
β’ Integrate data-driven decision-making into leadership conversations.
β’ Lead or assist with cyclical HR initiatives such as performance evaluations and engagement surveys.
β’ Facilitate organizational change and transformation efforts.
β’ Ensure effective communication and decision-making processes across teams.
β’ Collaborate closely with People Operations to define ownership boundaries.
β’ Balance operational compliance with strategic objectives.
β’ Support employee engagement initiatives that positively influence organizational culture.
β’ Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in dynamic or growing environments.
β’ Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders on organizational performance and design.
β’ Experience in supporting transformation, change management, or restructuring efforts.
β’ Business-savvy with a strong understanding of commercial operations.
β’ Exceptional problem-solving skills, focusing on identifying root causes rather than just symptoms.
β’ Confident coaching abilities, capable of constructively influencing and challenging leaders.
β’ Expertise in organizational design and team structure optimization.
β’ Proficiency in change management and transformation execution.
β’ Familiarity with employment law in Europe, the UK, and/or the US.
