This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide guidance and mentorship to EPD executive leaders at the VP level and above.
β’ Transform engineering roadmaps and product priorities into effective talent strategies.
β’ Create scalable team structures, agile operational models, and resource allocation frameworks.
β’ Oversee multi-quarter headcount planning, skill-gap assessments, succession planning, and talent density strategies.
β’ Direct cross-functional change management efforts across global locations.
β’ Utilize workforce metrics to identify organizational risks and implement measurable business solutions.
β’ Adapt global EPD priorities for execution within the North American region.
β’ Leverage employment compliance expertise to foresee business continuity risks and address gaps.
β’ Collaborate with Employee Relations and Compliance Centers of Excellence.
β’ Work in conjunction with People Team Centers of Excellence, FP&A, and Legal to deliver integrated regional people solutions.
β’ Promote company culture and AI strategies, ensuring leadership accountability, retention initiatives, and the establishment of high-trust work environments.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience.
β’ Demonstrated success as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting Engineering, Product, Design, or core technical functions in a dynamic environment.
β’ Experience in supporting global engineering operations across the US, Europe, and APAC/India.
β’ Significant background in coaching executive leadership and enhancing leadership team effectiveness.
β’ Proven experience managing complex employee relations within fast-paced technology settings.
β’ Proficient understanding of technology and SaaS concepts.
β’ Ability to engage in discussions regarding technical execution, team structures, and product scalability with Engineering VPs, Product Directors, and UX leaders.
β’ Capacity to foster alignment within multi-country organizational matrix structures.
β’ Outstanding strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
β’ Proficient in interpreting HR metrics, workforce planning data, and financial information.
β’ Results-driven self-starter capable of thriving in ambiguous situations and managing intricate projects within a matrixed organization.
β’ Must work remotely and reside within the United States.
