This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main HR partner for designated business units and senior executives globally.
• Convert business goals into people-centric strategies, including workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and enhancing team effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and directors regarding leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and overall organizational health.
• Utilize data and analytics in every discussion, leveraging workforce insights to recognize trends and facilitate informed decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders to manage performance evaluation cycles, encompassing goal-setting, calibration, feedback, and development planning.
• Identify and resolve capability gaps; create development plans in conjunction with managers.
• Aid in workforce planning and headcount modeling in partnership with Finance and executive leadership.
• Work alongside Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring initiatives, including role definition, leveling, and preparation for hiring managers.
• Oversee complex employee relations issues with sound judgment, discretion, and legal awareness.
• Serve as a reliable resource for employees dealing with performance issues, conflicts, leave, or workplace concerns.
• Advocate for Teramind's culture and values, especially as we grow a remote, distributed workforce.
• Assist with change management efforts and help leaders effectively communicate and implement organizational changes.
• Collaborate on the implementation of essential people programs, such as onboarding, engagement surveys, and HRIS integration.
• Contribute to Total Rewards initiatives, including compensation assessments, benchmarking, and equity-related decisions for your designated groups.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies; highlight jurisdictional specifics and escalate as necessary.
• Promote HRIS optimization and utilization within client groups.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a genuine HRBP or strategic HR advisor capacity.
• Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders in fast-growing, technology, or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of US employment law and multi-state compliance; experience with remote workforce models is desirable.
• Ability to independently manage complex employee relations matters, demonstrating sound judgment on escalations.
• Proficient in utilizing people data and analytics to narrate stories and influence decision-making.
• Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with ATS tools (Lever is a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — capable of producing concise executive briefs and facilitating challenging conversations with equal ease.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline; SHRM-SCP/SPHR/CHRP certification is preferred.
• Experience in industries such as cybersecurity, SaaS, or workforce analytics.
• Familiarity with globally distributed teams and cross-border HR complexities (EMEA, LATAM).
• Background in compensation benchmarking or managing Total Rewards programs.
