• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner and the initial point of contact for Go To Market Executives, Heads of Department, and Managers, offering clear guidance and well-informed recommendations across all HR domains.
• Spearhead the development of the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan, ensuring alignment with Divisional business objectives. Facilitate the adoption and progress of the established People Plan while monitoring its impact and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and thought partner to C-Suite executives, shaping and executing people initiatives that enhance organizational performance and drive strategic business achievements.
• Oversee the implementation and ongoing adoption of cyclical HR products within the Divisions—covering performance management, goal setting, feedback, promotions, spot bonuses, compensation, and more. Provide insights from the supported divisions to ensure alignment of People products with strategic business requirements.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on essential Divisional workforce data, delivering insights to the Divisional Leadership Team to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with the GTM Divisional Leadership Team to foster division-wide engagement action planning, reporting, and communications, while also assisting Managers in understanding their results and taking appropriate actions.
• Advocate for the effective implementation of HR policies and practices across GTM Divisions, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with broader organizational standards.
• Mentor people managers in GTM Divisions on tactical personnel issues such as probation reviews, performance concerns, absence management, engagement and motivation, employee relations, and conduct, ensuring their organizations are optimally positioned to achieve desired business results.
• Serve as the Senior Business Partner Representative on new and existing initiatives and deliverables from the CoE, such as the End of Year performance management process and merit and promotion processes.
• Lead global HR projects or initiatives with implications across the entire company, not limited to GTM, such as establishing legal entities, possessing deep expertise in a specific region or country, and spearheading company-wide DEI initiatives.
• Coach and mentor junior members of the People Experience Team, sharing knowledge, providing training, and enhancing skills as necessary.
• Collaborate with People Operations to ensure the smooth execution of HR Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contract modifications, merit, promotion, and other operational processes within GTM, focusing on continual process improvement and enhancing the people experience.
• Serve as the Geographic people lead and advisor for the designated region - USA/UK.
• 7-8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within a SaaS/Tech or scale-up environment, including at least 3-4 years supporting GTM Functions.
• Proven experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and legal jurisdictions (USA, Europe, and APAC).
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of key business drivers and the impact of people initiatives on achieving excellent business outcomes in assigned Division(s). Ability to influence senior stakeholders (C-Suite) using data, insights, and expertise, consistently delivering HR solutions that yield clear business results. Capability to think and act strategically, considering both the larger business context and the downstream effects of people decisions—balancing Divisional needs with Storyblok’s people priorities.
• Extensive experience collaborating with Executive-level leaders as a trusted advisor, coach, and HR partner, being an integral part of the Divisional Leadership Team.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior HR team members.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills at the highest levels (C-Suite).
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with other areas of the People Team. Proven experience managing the people aspects of change and transformation initiatives from conception to execution, tracking impacts, and achieving results. Ability to seamlessly transition between strategic and tactical execution, adjusting to evolving requirements.
• Robust understanding of core HR operations, policies, governance, and a working knowledge of labor law across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., US, Europe, etc.).
• Capability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
• Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while exercising sound judgment and critical thinking.
