• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner and first contact for Go To Market Executives, Heads of Department, and Managers, offering clear guidance and informed recommendations on all HR-related matters.
• Spearhead the development of the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan, ensuring alignment with Divisional business priorities.
• Function as a trusted advisor, coach, and thought partner to C-Suite executives, shaping and implementing people initiatives that enhance organizational performance and drive strategic business outcomes.
• Oversee the delivery and ongoing adoption of cyclical HR products within the Divisions, including performance management, goal setting, feedback, promotions, spot bonuses, and compensation.
• Monitor, track, and report on critical Divisional workforce data, providing insights to the Divisional Leadership Team to facilitate data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with the GTM Divisional Leadership Team to promote division-wide engagement action planning, reporting, and communications.
• Advocate for the effective implementation of HR policies and practices across GTM Divisions, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with broader organizational standards.
• Coach people managers in GTM Divisions on tactical people issues, including probation reviews, performance challenges, absence management, employee engagement and motivation, employee relations, and conduct.
• Act as the Senior Business Partner Representative on new and ongoing initiatives and deliverables from the CoE, such as the End-of-Year performance management process and merit and promotion processes.
• Lead global HR projects or initiatives that impact the entire company, not just GTM, such as establishing legal entities.
• Mentor junior members of the People Experience Team, sharing knowledge, providing training, and enhancing their skills as needed.
• Partner with People Operations to ensure seamless execution of HR Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, merit, promotions, and other operational processes within GTM, with a focus on continuous process improvement and enhancing the employee experience.
• Serve as the Geographic people lead and advisor for the defined region - USA/UK.
• 7-8 years of HR generalist experience (preferably in a SaaS/Tech or scaling environment) and a minimum of 3-4 years supporting GTM Functions.
• Proven experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and legal jurisdictions (USA, Europe, and APAC).
• Strong business acumen, with a clear understanding of key business drivers and the people initiatives that will deliver positive business outcomes in the assigned Division(s).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders (C Suite) through data, insights, expertise, and the consistent delivery of HR solutions that yield tangible business impacts.
• Extensive experience partnering with Executive-level leaders, acting as a trusted advisor, coach, and HR partner while being an integral part of the Divisional Leadership Team.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior HR Team members.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills at the highest level (C-Suite).
• Strong collaboration skills, working cohesively with other areas of the People Team.
• Demonstrated experience managing the people aspect of change and transformation initiatives from inception to execution, tracking impacts, and achieving results.
• Ability to fluidly transition between strategy and tactical execution, adjusting to meet changing requirements.
• Solid understanding of core HR operations, policies, governance, and a working knowledge of labor laws across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., US, Europe, etc.).
• Capability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Exhibits AI literacy, with the ability to utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and work quality while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.
