πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Strategic Business Partnering. Collaborate directly with senior leadership to convert business objectives into workforce strategies, capability roadmaps, and productivity benchmarks. You will be actively involved in execution, not merely advisory, ensuring that the Flipster experience remains central to all our initiatives.

β€’ International Expansion. Oversee the HR workstream for our global scaling efforts: making decisions between entity vs. EOR, navigating cross-border employment laws, establishing compensation bands, benchmarking benefits, and creating onboarding frameworks for international hires.

β€’ Performance, Talent & Culture. Develop and manage performance cycles, calibration sessions, and succession planning. Provide coaching to managers to elevate leadership standards across the organization. Preserve cultural cohesion as we grow swiftly across different regions.

β€’ People Analytics & Compensation. Take ownership of the complete analytics framework - including attrition rates, eNPS, time-to-productivity, and cost-per-hire - using this data to inform investment choices. Collaborate with Finance on compensation benchmarking, equity refreshes, and salary evaluations.

β€’ Employee Relations & Compliance. Serve as the primary point of escalation for intricate ER cases across all locations. Manage employment risk across Germany and our international entities.

β€’ AI & Project Delivery. Actively leverage AI tools to enhance your productivity and empower managers to do the same. Manage HR projects comprehensively - ensuring they are well-defined, planned, and executed.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ HRBP experience. Over 5 years as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international high-growth SaaS or tech setting - you have managed the complete people agenda, not just supported it.

β€’ Commercial mindset. You approach problems like an operator: analyze attrition costs, substantiate compensation increases with data, and challenge hiring requests that lack a business rationale.

β€’ Coaching capability. A proven history of developing managers and senior leaders - you elevate their performance rather than fostering dependency on HR.

β€’ Data & AI fluency. Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob), spreadsheet modeling, and regularly utilizing AI tools (Claude, Gemini, or similar) in your daily work - with tangible examples to demonstrate your expertise.

β€’ International employment expertise. Familiarity with EOR structures, multi-jurisdiction benefits, and global employment frameworks.

β€’ Scale-up stage experience. You have experienced a significant growth phase and understand what challenges arise first.

β€’ German labour law. Strong working knowledge of German labor law and the ability to navigate complex ER situations independently.

β€’ Language skills. Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken).
