This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Collaborate closely with senior leadership to convert business objectives into strategic workforce plans.
β’ Spearhead the HR initiatives for our global expansion.
β’ Design and oversee performance evaluation cycles, calibration meetings, and succession planning processes.
β’ Manage the comprehensive analytics framework, including metrics such as turnover rates, employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), time-to-productivity, and cost-per-hire.
β’ Act as the primary escalation point for intricate employee relations issues across all locations.
β’ Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and empower managers to maximize their effectiveness.
β’ At least 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international, rapidly growing SaaS or technology setting.
β’ Ability to analyze turnover costs, substantiate salary adjustments with data, and decline hiring requests that do not have a solid business rationale.
β’ Demonstrated success in nurturing and developing managers and leaders.
β’ Proficient in utilizing HRIS platforms (such as HiBob), spreadsheets, and regularly using AI tools (like Claude, Gemini, or equivalent).
β’ Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) structures, international benefits, and cross-border employment legislation.
β’ Previous experience navigating a substantial growth phase.
β’ Strong understanding of German labor law with the capability to independently manage complex employee relations scenarios.
β’ Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
