Senior HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with people managers as the designated contact for significant change initiatives: goal setting, performance reviews, employee engagement, and follow-up on surveys.

• Develop and implement training programs for managers, including first-time manager training and an AI curriculum throughout the organization.

• Take ownership of individual key results, evaluate the quality of goals, and create tools for monitoring goal health to empower teams in managing their objectives effectively.

• Provide coaching to leaders on routine employee relations matters and assist in navigating challenging employee decisions.

• Streamline the ongoing People operating rhythm by utilizing existing tools and AI for tracking goal health and following up on surveys.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of progressive HR experience, including direct HR Business Partner and manager-coaching responsibilities.

• Ability to influence others without formal authority.

• Strong critical thinking abilities and a proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous situations.

• Proficient in employee relations, performance management, learning and development, organizational design, and the fundamentals of compensation.
