This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address inquiries from associates concerning HR-related topics.
• Offer assistance for self-service tools available to associates.
• Resolve associate inquiries promptly.
• Manage activities through various channels, including case management, system notifications, phone calls, and chat services, acting as the initial point of contact for HR queries.
• Serve as the main contact for HR inquiries and requests that cannot be addressed through direct access.
• Provide answers to a wide range of questions related to benefits, onboarding, employment, compensation, training, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve associate inquiries or issues by utilizing established administrative procedures and agreed-upon practices.
• Suggest actions for requests that arise from exceptional circumstances.
• Escalate non-routine matters or specialized requests to the appropriate escalation channels.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English language skills (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Health insurance.
