
Senior HR Advisor β Generation Colombia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Oversee the provision of high-quality, compliant, and responsive HR assistance for Generation Colombia.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for the payroll provider regarding all HR operational issues on a daily basis.
β’ Offer first-line HR support to staff in Colombia concerning performance, conduct, probation, absence, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
β’ Maintain an in-depth understanding of Colombian labor laws to ensure all HR procedures are compliant.
β’ Confirm that the payroll provider fulfills statutory filings, tax submissions, and SSNIT payments punctually.
β’ Ensure the prompt preparation of employment contracts and onboarding documents with the assistance of the payroll outsource.
β’ Keep precise employee records in HRIS and internal databases.
β’ Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer within Colombia.
β’ Experience in managing third-party HR vendors, including payroll providers.
β’ Strong understanding of Colombian labor laws and statutory requirements.
β’ Proficient in Spanish and advanced in both written and spoken English.
β’ Previous experience in a mission-driven, non-profit, or multi-country organization is preferred.
β’ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Strong organizational skills and capability to handle multiple HR workstreams.
β’ Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting data and extracting insights.
β’ High level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively across different geographies and cultures.
β’ A proactive, βcan-doβ attitude in a dynamic environment.
