This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Consistently achieves and surpasses sales targets by securing new placements and maintaining clinician retention on assignments.
• Proactively seeks, pre-screens, and engages candidate leads through cold calling, emailing, and text messaging.
• Identifies suitable job openings that align with the candidates’ specialized experience and professional aspirations.
• Understands the job requirements for clinicians.
• Develops persuasive candidate profiles for submission to hiring managers.
• Follows up daily on active candidate submissions and collaborates with account managers to ensure candidates progress swiftly through the hiring process.
• Ensures interviews are arranged and works with account managers to solicit assignment and extension offers on behalf of candidates.
• Capable of pre-closing and finalizing offers with candidates to enhance offer acceptance rates.
• Maintains strong relationships with clinicians on assignment to promote a positive experience and actively encourages assignment extensions and rebooking of clinicians at other facilities.
• Aids in resolving any service or credentialing issues that may arise.
• Accurately logs all candidate and placement activities into the Host Healthcare database.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Prior sales experience and/or knowledge of healthcare is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and collaboratively solve problems with candidates and internal team members.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Capable of maintaining an organized and efficient sales desk while meeting required turnaround times.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
• High level of proficiency in operating technology platforms (e.g., Target Recruit).
