Senior Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist – Cost Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of the hospital's Medicare and Medicaid regulatory submissions independently.

• Handle compliance, audits, and appeals processes.

• Act as the primary internal authority on reimbursement strategies.

• Protect and enhance Graduate Medical Education (GME/IME) funding sources.

• Prepare standard cost reports effectively.

• Foster collaboration among all healthcare team members.

• Execute responsibilities in alignment with St. Luke’s mission and values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 5-8 years of direct experience in hospital reimbursement and cost reporting is required.

• Responsible for encouraging teamwork among all members of the healthcare team.
