Senior Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist, Cost Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete lifecycle of the hospital's Medicare and Medicaid regulatory submissions independently.

• Oversee compliance, audits, and appeals processes.

• Act as the primary internal authority for reimbursement strategies.

• Protect and enhance funding streams for Graduate Medical Education (GME/IME).

• Generate standard cost reports.

• Foster collaboration among all healthcare team members.

• Execute responsibilities in alignment with St. Luke’s mission and values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 5-8 years of direct experience in hospital reimbursement and cost reporting is essential.
