Senior Healthcare Recruiter – Limited Term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance, support, and strategic planning to leadership.

• Facilitate the prompt and effective recruitment of qualified candidates.

• Assist in achieving the organization’s recruitment objectives.

• Source healthcare professionals for Seattle Children's mission-focused pediatric medical facility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• At least five (5) years of recruitment experience.

• Minimum of two (2) years in full-cycle recruiting.

• Proven experience in a high-volume recruitment setting.

• Applicants must reside in Washington State.

• Preferred experience in recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs).

• Preferred experience in recruitment within unionized environments.
