Senior GTM Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete architecture of our GTM technology stack, encompassing lead generation, implementation, and expansion.

• Design and enhance workflows throughout the entire customer lifecycle; act as the lead architect for Salesforce and associated GTM systems.

• Develop scalable system governance, establish data standards, and create integration frameworks across GTM tools.

• Identify and implement AI-driven automations that minimize manual labor and enhance efficiency in revenue operations.

• Create scalable operational processes spanning Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and interview operations, which include lead management, routing, pipeline management, and forecasting.

• Construct reporting frameworks and dashboards that facilitate executive decision-making, funnel analysis, and capacity planning.

• Convert complex operational data into straightforward, actionable insights for business leaders.

• Continuously assess emerging technologies for their capacity to deliver operational scale and competitive advantage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, or a similar field.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and contemporary GTM tools; significant experience in designing and managing intricate GTM technology ecosystems.

• Demonstrated ability to establish workflows, automations, and integrations at scale within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

• Experience supporting both sales and post-sales teams throughout the complete customer lifecycle.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; adept at translating data into operational strategies.

• Proven experience utilizing AI to enhance business operations and decision-making processes.

• Capability to work independently and propel projects forward in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
