
Senior GTM Systems β Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and manage the technical infrastructure that drives our revenue engine.
β’ Oversee the systems, automations, integrations, and data frameworks that empower our teams to operate more effectively and make informed decisions.
β’ Design scalable solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, AI-driven workflows, and the broader GTM technology ecosystem.
β’ Ensure the organization maintains clean data, dependable systems, and streamlined processes.
β’ Modernize and expand our GTM infrastructure, enhance data quality and system reliability, increase automation within the revenue organization, minimize operational bottlenecks, and facilitate the establishment of a more AI-centric operating model.
β’ 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Engineering, or a related discipline.
β’ Proficient hands-on experience in Salesforce administration is essential, including Flows, automation, permissions, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and data architecture.
β’ Proficient hands-on experience in HubSpot administration is essential, including workflows, lifecycle management, lead routing, forms, attribution, automation, integrations, and reporting.
β’ Proven track record as the primary owner of both Salesforce and HubSpot in a growing B2B SaaS environment.
β’ Demonstrated experience in creating automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, n8n, Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
β’ Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying production-ready AI workflows, agents, or automations that have led to measurable business results.
β’ Experience in designing and managing complex system integrations through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and automation platforms.
β’ Strong understanding of the B2B customer lifecycle, encompassing pipeline generation, lead management, customer onboarding, expansion, and renewals.
β’ Familiarity with data enrichment, identity resolution, deduplication, and CRM data governance.
β’ Proven ability to independently manage business-critical systems, prioritize competing demands, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the capability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
