This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop scalable, secure, and resilient automation solutions utilizing n8n and related integration platforms.
• Create hybrid automation patterns that leverage n8n, Boomi, application programming interfaces, event-driven systems, and artificial intelligence agents.
• Construct workflows powered by artificial intelligence that facilitate intelligent decision-making, human-in-the-loop controls, prompt management, and model integrations.
• Establish development standards, reusable templates, exception handling, retry strategies, approval patterns, and security protocols for enterprise-level automation.
• Execute environment strategies, continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, versioning, and governance frameworks for automation workflows.
• Set up logging, monitoring, reliability guardrails, anomaly detection, and alerting systems to enhance uptime, workflow reliability, and recovery time.
• Define responsible artificial intelligence governance concerning model selection, cost controls, prompt and version management, data privacy, and auditability.
• Facilitate technical design sessions, workflow assessments, architectural reviews, and post-incident evaluations.
• Provide mentorship to engineers, contractors, and implementation teams on automation design, artificial intelligence agents, prompt engineering, and responsible automation practices.
• Leverage metrics such as adoption rates, cycle-time reduction, service levels, recovery time, cost per workflow, and business impact to drive enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise automation, workflow engineering, integration engineering, or platform architecture.
• Extensive hands-on experience with n8n or Boomi, including the development of cross-functional automations, artificial intelligence-enabled workflows, agents, and orchestration patterns.
• Proficient in designing API-first and event-driven architectures, including REST, webhooks, OAuth, JSON Web Tokens, API security, and secure integration of artificial intelligence services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including artificial intelligence or machine learning services like Amazon Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.
• Practical experience utilizing large language models, prompt engineering, artificial intelligence agents, observability, monitoring, and automation metrics to enhance productivity, reliability, quality, scalability, cost, or cycle time.
