Automation Engineer 2 – Technical Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of AI-driven automations across Forethought, Salesforce, and Microsoft Copilot.

• Aid in designing workflows for automated resolution, case enrichment, and routing tasks.

• Quickly prototype, test, deploy, and refine scoped automation solutions.

• Contribute to enhancing the AI resolution rate and extending overall automation coverage.

• Help minimize manual tasks in support operations through efficient automation design.

• Collaborate with Support, CX, and AI teams to convert operational requirements into actionable solutions.

• Continuously enhance automation performance by leveraging data, feedback, and iterative learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Foundational experience in creating AI workflows or automations.

• Familiarity with APIs, scripting, or automation tools.

• Capability to swiftly grasp new technologies and implement them in real-world support scenarios.

• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a sense of ownership and accountability.

• Experience with Salesforce or customer support tools is desirable.

• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Forethought, Microsoft Copilot, or similar solutions is advantageous.

• Knowledge of automation or low-code platforms is preferred.

• A background in technical, engineering, or data-related fields is beneficial.

• Candidates should demonstrate at least one working AI automation or project and be ready to discuss it during interviews.
