This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a thorough onboarding program that all new employees complete within their initial two weeks, ensuring full participation and high satisfaction ratings.
• Design and execute a go-to-market (GTM) enablement strategy that fosters continual learning through organized training sessions, certifications, and ongoing development initiatives.
• Establish a regular enablement schedule featuring a training calendar, measurable engagement metrics, and successful certification achievements across GTM teams.
• Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to evaluate enablement effectiveness, collect feedback, and convert insights into focused training and development programs.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and GTM by integrating feedback loops and deal analysis to enhance the impact of enablement efforts continuously.
• Coordinate closely with Product to ensure alignment on the roadmap, releases, and technical documentation, keeping all enablement materials updated and precise.
• Work alongside Marketing and Product Marketing to uphold competitive intelligence and clearly convey differentiation in training content.
• Provide consistent updates on competitive intelligence and essential training resources in collaboration with Product Marketing.
• Act as the AI lead for the Marketing team by assessing tools, creating best practice frameworks, and delivering training that enhances team productivity and effectiveness.
• Promote the usage of AI tools within Marketing through systematic evaluations, documented best practices, and impactful training sessions.
• Develop and expand a dedicated onboarding and enablement program for BDRs that shortens ramp-up time and boosts pipeline generation with positive team feedback.
• Contribute to external content projects, including blog posts, guides, and webinars, ensuring timely delivery aligned with marketing goals and campaign schedules.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in enablement within a fast-paced technology setting.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, BDR, and Customer Success teams to implement enablement initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in creating and launching onboarding programs that yield measurable results.
• Strong capability to work collaboratively across various teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with complex products and technical subject matter.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
• Effective communicator, both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to provide structured, actionable feedback and guidance.
• Keen interest in AI tools and emerging technologies, with experience in assessing and implementing tools that enhance productivity.
• Proficient writing skills with a background in contributing to external content such as blog posts, guides, and thought leadership pieces.
• Experience in developing programs for BDR or SDR teams is preferred.
