Senior GTM Business Architecture Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic lead for designated segments of the GTM lifecycle

• Create high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flowcharts, and User Stories

• Apply the GTM Priority Matrix to assess and prioritize incoming field requests

• Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) framework within your area of expertise

• Collaborate with Enablement and Data Analytics to monitor downstream adoption

• Assist in the implementation of the GTM AI roadmap

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a management consulting firm, enterprise revenue architecture function, or GTM transformation group

• Outstanding ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly for GTM stakeholders

• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and integrated GTM tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach)

• Demonstrated capacity to understand the needs of the Field

• Significant experience in creating structured artifacts (BRDs, process mapping, executive-level presentations)

• Strong aptitude for identifying friction points, aligning stakeholders, and developing a business case for solutions
