This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Lead the product strategy, go-to-market execution, and commercial success across our solutions portfolio.
• Take ownership of product go-to-market design, execution, and assessment for assigned solutions.
• Assist in product development efforts from concept to launch, collaborating with Group teams.
• Modify and enhance global product offerings to align with North American market requirements and commercial objectives.
• Track product performance, market uptake, and key performance indicators, recommending improvements, optimizations, or rationalization as necessary.
• Serve as a local product authority, providing internal stakeholders with knowledge and insights.
• Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, enhancements, and commercial initiatives.
• Craft persuasive go-to-market messaging, value propositions, and positioning tailored to specific target segments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in product management, go-to-market strategy, or similar commercial roles.
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and Group stakeholders.
• Proven track record in designing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitive analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear messaging.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Experience in B2B, financial services, insurance, risk, or information services is highly preferred.
