This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.
• Take ownership of and enhance the Marketing reporting ecosystem for pipeline metrics, channel performance, marketing expenditure, attribution, key performance indicators (KPIs), and targeted outcomes.
• Analyze performance drivers to uncover trends and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
• Create executive-level reports and lead performance presentations.
• Link marketing investments and campaign results to outcomes at various buying stages, as well as to pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
• Generate reports for various channels including paid media, digital platforms, web, email, events, partnerships, account-based marketing (ABM), lifecycle marketing, organic growth, and more.
• Design and implement attribution models and measurement frameworks.
• Develop AI-driven reporting solutions that streamline data preparation, analysis, narrative creation, insight discovery, and recurring business presentations.
• Design, deploy, maintain, and enhance AI agents, skills, applications, integrations, and automations that support Marketing operations and campaign execution.
• Oversee and refine the Claude operating model, which includes approximately 25 active skills and 15 data connections.
• Maintain and optimize AI-enabled dashboards, connections, automations, and self-service reporting across the go-to-market (GTM) organization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development Representatives (SDR), Revenue Operations, and technical teams to define data, reporting logic, system requirements, and success metrics.
• Validate the quality of data and the recommendations provided by analytical and AI tools.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, revenue analytics, marketing operations, or a closely related area.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in developing business AI applications, agents, or automations that interact with data or operating systems and are actively utilized.
• Extensive experience with multi-channel marketing reporting, campaign measurement, pipeline analysis, marketing expenditures, and attribution techniques.
• Familiarity with various attribution models, including their advantages, limitations, and applicable contexts.
• Understanding of Salesforce reporting structures, campaign hierarchies, and data quality best practices.
• Ability to create and sustain AI-enabled reporting workflows, dashboards, integrations, and self-service tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in translating intricate data, technical concepts, and AI outputs into straightforward recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in preparing and delivering analysis readouts, performance evaluations, or executive business updates for teams and leadership.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with a comfort level in navigating ambiguity, experimentation, and accountability for results.
• Must be located in the US in a state where 3E is permitted to hire.
• Must be eligible to work without requiring sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
• Preferred: Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, Make, Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, data warehouses, APIs, or contemporary marketing data stacks.
• Preferred: Background in a rapidly growing, B2B technology, SaaS, or private equity-backed environment.
