Senior Growth Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• As a Senior Growth Strategist, you will be the primary driver of strategic definition and impact on the company's most complex and significant accounts.

• You will design disruptive growth plans and act as a high-level strategic partner for the client, ensuring scalability and directly influencing their organizational vision.

• You will provide methodological and business value by leading the development of new conceptual variants and advanced experimental strategic frameworks to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

• Internal culture and talent: You will serve as a mentor and an undeniable reference within the team, leading mentoring programs, internal training, and actively shaping a culture of corporate excellence.

• Brand influence and reputation: You will represent the company's strategic vision in high-level discussions with executive committees and C-Level clients, solidifying our position as indispensable strategic partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading large-scale digital growth strategies, managing complex accounts in consulting or product environments, and directly interacting with executives and C-Level profiles.

• Mastery of our methodology: You will lead methodological innovation within the organization, developing new versions or combinations of the framework (GOI Tree, etc.) and leading high-level internal training.

• Leadership in Growth: You will act as a true strategic partner and trusted interlocutor for executive committees and C-Level profiles (Management, CEOs), influencing high-impact decisions.

• Team management: You will promote a culture of accountability and high-performance collaboration with a systemic vision, inspiring autonomy, long-term vision, and maximum excellence within the team.

• Strategic thinking: You will design high-impact strategies with a global perspective, integrating business, market, and product levers, aligning growth with the client's competitive positioning.
