This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate the implementation of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to enhance upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth within the current customer base.
• Assist in overseeing the complete execution of campaigns, from initial intake to launch, which includes audience segmentation, coordination of assets, quality assurance, deployment, and performance tracking/reporting.
• Keep campaign calendars up to date and ensure that initiatives are delivered punctually and in alignment with business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with marketing channel leaders, product, operations, and sales teams to ensure that campaigns support business goals.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop messaging and visuals that effectively engage customers.
• Manage campaign assets, messaging, and launch requirements across various stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for campaign execution and operational support.
• Assist in customer segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns are personalized and relevant to the intended audience.
• Recognize trends and opportunities for optimization based on campaign performance and customer behavior data.
• Track campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations to enhance results.
• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on customer marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle campaigns.
• Proven experience in supporting end-to-end campaign execution, including message development, creative coordination, and performance tracking.
• Capability to work collaboratively across functions, engaging with product, sales, operations, and demand generation teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with using data to guide campaign decisions and performance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to engaging messaging and content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks at once.
• A self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
