This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and oversee all paid media channels from start to finish: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen), Meta, and Microsoft, with CTV/Pinterest prioritized for growth.
• Develop and manage our automation and reporting framework utilizing Claude AI and the Google Ads API, transitioning from manual analysis to scalable, intelligent workflows.
• Align expenditure with provider capacity on a market-by-market basis, collaborating with Operations to ensure that paid demand corresponds with therapist availability.
• Optimize the entire patient journey (not solely cost per booking but also cost per confirmed appointment).
• Oversee all tracking infrastructure while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Guide and instruct freelance creative teams on video and static ad assets, ensuring that creative materials are consistently tested, updated, and optimized for performance.
• Design and implement structured A/B tests across various channels, audiences, creatives, and landing pages to foster continuous improvement.
• Manage geo-level budget pacing, bidding strategies, and campaign architecture across a high-volume, multi-location account system.
• Conduct weekly performance reporting and offer strategic insights to marketing leadership.
• Gradually introduce CTV/programmatic testing as the primary program stabilizes.
• Over 10 years of practical experience in paid media management.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience in developing strategies and executing them effectively.
• Background in healthcare, health services, patient/consumer acquisition, or another regulated industry is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with API-based automation or AI tools is a significant plus.
• Experience managing multi-location or geo-targeted campaigns at scale.
• Knowledge of programmatic, CTV, or paid Pinterest advertising.
