This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Taking ownership of SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies across all owned channels.
• Collaborating on content development; overseeing distribution, optimization, and performance.
• Managing organic social media as a channel for discovery and trust-building.
• Enhancing conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, signup processes, and onboarding entry points.
• Working in partnership with Product and Design teams to conduct tests and implement improvements.
• Identifying and addressing critical conversion gaps.
• Supporting paid strategy in collaboration with a specialized agency.
• Establishing direction and ensuring consistency in messaging throughout the full funnel.
• Aligning acquisition strategies with the needs and experiences of the Host audience.
• Optimizing the transition from signup to activation.
• Collaborating on onboarding processes to encourage key host actions and milestones.
• Monitoring cohorts and identifying drop-off points during the credit period.
• Building and prioritizing the backlog of growth experiments.
• Formulating hypotheses, executing tests, and analyzing outcomes.
• Transforming insights into actionable channel and growth strategies.
• Taking ownership of funnel metrics from the initial touchpoint through to activation.
• Extracting and analyzing your own data; creating reporting views.
• Linking channel performance to downstream outcomes.
• Working closely with Product, Sales, and Revenue Management teams.
• Contributing to product launches, onboarding, and go-to-market (GTM) execution.
• Utilizing funnel insights to influence decisions on the roadmap.
• Over 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, preferably in a B2C or B2B SaaS setting.
• A proven record of enhancing search rankings and organic performance—not merely creating content briefs.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.
• Proficient in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to extract your own data and act on insights.
• Experience in designing and executing experiments from hypothesis formulation to decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to connect channel performance to business outcomes, such as signups, activation, and retention—not just top-of-funnel metrics.
• Experience in the short-term rental, proptech, or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL or similar data querying tools is an advantage.
• Experience with HubSpot, additional CRMs, and/or Webflow is a plus.
