Senior Growth Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and execute Host lifecycle strategies and campaigns across various channels that nurture Hosts and enhance their experience.

• Foster a culture of testing and learning by performing extensive experimentation and thorough user data analysis to scale successful strategies through automation.

• Convert business objectives into precise delivery requirements, including defining necessary data, segmentation logic, and dynamic content needs.

• Take ownership of comprehensive reporting for all relevant KPIs, creating dashboards to monitor performance and effectively communicating results to stakeholders and the broader business.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Creative, to develop roadmaps, manage campaign development workflows, and promote the Host Engagement function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of CRM experience in a consumer-oriented, fast-paced environment with a proven history of managing large-scale B2C automated lifecycle programs.

• Thorough understanding of CRM strategy, marketing technology infrastructure, and relational databases, with experience working directly with Production and Engineering teams.

• Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to adapt to a changing team structure and collaborate across teams from Engineering to Design.

• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, including strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools like Tableau, with intermediate SQL skills preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a high level of comfort interpreting results and effectively conveying insights to senior leadership.

• Strong passion for CRM and user engagement, showcasing a sense of ownership, an eye for user flow, and systematic problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and progressive experience.
