Senior Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Evaluate performance metrics, customer engagement, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and shape marketing strategies tailored for Korea.

• Convert insights into actionable growth strategies and recommendations for the Korean market, collaborating with regional and global channel leaders overseeing campaign implementation.

• Enhance performance across major Korean platforms, including the Naver and Kakao ecosystems.

• Collaborate with regional channel specialists, global marketing teams, as well as Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Creative partners to execute Korea-specific growth initiatives.

• Advocate for the interests of the Korean market in global strategy discussions, ensuring that plans align with local platform characteristics and consumer behaviors.

• Identify and assist in the development of new integrations, builds, and marketing capabilities essential for fostering growth in Korea.

• Provide comprehensive reporting and actionable insights to Korean leadership and regional teams to support informed decision-making and ongoing optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy roles within consumer-oriented organizations.

• Profound understanding of the Korean digital landscape, consumer behaviors, and local platform ecosystems.

• Knowledge of the Naver ecosystem, including advertising solutions like Powerlink and Brand Search.

• Familiarity with Kakao platforms, particularly KakaoTalk and associated marketing or messaging functionalities.

• Capability to analyze performance data, derive insights, and convert analyses into strategic recommendations.

• Experience collaborating with global marketing teams, product, engineering, and data partners in a highly cooperative environment.

• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and cutting-edge technologies such as AI-driven marketing solutions or localized asset creation.
