This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take charge of regional demand generation for the Self-Service segment and achieve pipeline objectives for the APAC Enterprise Segment (including sourced pipeline targets, lead volume, and conversion enhancements).
• Strategize and implement localized digital initiatives: SEO, landing pages, and content distribution tailored for Korea, Japan, and Singapore (as well as broader APAC as prioritized).
• Oversee and refine regional paid channels and partnerships (such as Naver, Kakao, Coin98, Telegram & Discord communities, and regional media placements).
• Cultivate relationships within developer communities and represent QuickNode at conferences, meetups, and ecosystem events in the region.
• Create an events and community calendar, manage pre/during/post event activities, and ensure follow-up to drive opportunities.
• Act as QuickNode's representative in APAC — providing monthly competitive and market intelligence reports that include competitor activities, emerging chains/protocols gaining traction in the region, developer sentiment, and partnership prospects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and DevRel to synchronize messaging, offers, and funnel transitions.
• Establish dashboards and reporting for regional performance, including pipeline attribution and insights from experiments.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Web3/blockchain infrastructure is essential. Familiarity with APAC crypto ecosystems, developer communities, and regional conference circuits is highly preferred.
• Practical experience in digital execution: SEO, paid acquisition, landing pages, experimentation, and analytics/reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities; comfortable being “boots on the ground” at events and fostering community relationships.
• Experience in managing regional/channel-specific marketing programs and customizing messaging for local audiences.
• Familiarity with APAC channels and platforms (e.g., Naver/Kakao in Korea, developer publishing communities in Japan, regional crypto/dev communities such as Coin98/Telegram).
• Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is a significant advantage — or demonstrated experience in localizing marketing programs for Northeast Asian markets.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, influence without authority, and conduct structured experiments with clear metrics.
• Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment.
