This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the entire renewal and expansion process for managed services, ensuring outstanding net revenue retention and minimizing churn.
• Create and implement organized playbooks for renewals and expansions, emphasizing value realization and outcome-driven strategies.
• Propel upsell and cross-sell initiatives that are closely linked to client adoption, growth roadmaps, and alignment at the executive level.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing client management team dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Build enduring trusted partnerships with clients through effective engagement with stakeholders and proactive risk management.
• Work collaboratively across various functions to align customer strategies with internal delivery, product, and financial objectives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed in line with the role's purpose.
• Demonstrated success in driving renewals, expansions, and net revenue retention in IT managed services or SaaS settings.
• Experience in managing strategic enterprise accounts and establishing robust relationships with C-level executives.
• Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience in developing and mentoring account management or client success teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of revenue growth strategies, value-driven client engagement, and adoption-focused initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in a dynamic, global business context.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and engage with various stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Technology, or a related area.
