This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Take charge of and nurture the organization's strategic affiliation with Google.
• Create annual partnership strategies that align with the company's growth goals.
• Discover opportunities to enhance collaboration, joint business planning, co-marketing efforts, and innovation programs.
• Monitor partnership KPIs and relay performance, opportunities, and risks to executive leadership.
• Ensure adherence to all Google incentive programs, requirements, certifications, and reporting duties.
• Keep track of program changes and proactively modify internal processes to maintain eligibility and maximize benefits.
• Predict, monitor, and enhance incentive earnings across all relevant programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Client Partner teams to affirm performance metrics and claims.
• Act as the executive sponsor for GMP adoption, usage, and optimization.
• Ensure teams are utilizing GMP products and capabilities effectively.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and reporting via platform improvements.
• Organize training, enablement, and certification programs across pertinent teams.
• Collaborate with product and operations leaders to set GMP best practices and standards.
• Identify new Google products, capabilities, and programs that provide a competitive edge.
• Advocate for innovation initiatives that enhance client outcomes and organizational performance.
• Assist business development efforts through partnership-driven opportunities and thought leadership.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, partnerships, analytics, marketing technology, or related sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Google's partner ecosystem.
• Proven experience in managing strategic technology or platform partnerships.
• Strong comprehension of marketing measurement, attribution, MMM, and performance analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in managing complex programs that yield measurable business results.
