This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the strategy, execution, and effectiveness of CCM incremental acquisition campaigns across various channels including email, direct mail, SMS, OBTM, and other emerging platforms.
• Create audience segmentation, messaging, creative concepts, and channel strategies that promote incremental enrollments and deliver measurable business results.
• Oversee campaign planning, gather requirements, ensure stakeholder alignment, execute launches, and analyze performance post-campaign.
• Discover and validate new growth opportunities through pilot programs, testing, and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Manage the CRO roadmap for CCM and Telehealth enrollment experiences, focusing on enhancing conversion rates and minimizing enrollment challenges.
• Design, implement, analyze, and expand A/B and multivariate tests utilizing VWO and other experimentation tools.
• At least 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRO, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated history of achieving measurable customer acquisition and conversion growth.
• Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing email, direct mail, and digital channels.
• Strong background in experimentation, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and incrementality methodologies.
• Proficient in utilizing analytics platforms to derive insights and inform decision-making.
• Excellent project management abilities and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
