Senior Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for growth and product marketing from start to finish, concentrating primarily on Unlearn.dev.

• Drive efforts in acquisition, activation, and revenue generation while defining product positioning, launches, and pricing strategies.

• Implement strategies across email, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.

• Continuously enhance performance throughout the entire sales funnel.

• Tasked with further scaling B2C revenue and investing in B2B growth opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team and CEO.

• Influence strategy and make impactful decisions.

• Lead and manage comprehensive marketing functions with a high degree of autonomy.

• Ensure measurable results at every stage of the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in growth/product marketing within SaaS, tech, or ed-tech industries.

• Expertise in email and lifecycle marketing at a master level.

• Demonstrated ownership of revenue or growth initiatives.

• Experience in executing successful product launches.

• Strong analytical skills including attribution, conversion rate optimization, and product analytics.

• Proficient in crafting high-converting copy for emails and web pages.

• Excellent asynchronous communication skills using platforms like Slack, Notion, and Loom.

• Preferred: experience with developer audiences, SEO, and education technology.
