This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Campaign Management: Oversee paid search campaigns across prominent platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.
• Global User Acquisition: Propel the growth of our user base on a global scale for both web and app, concentrating on delivering high-quality, high-volume expansion while maximizing return on investment.
• Advanced Strategy Development: Design and execute innovative paid search strategies and operational models at scale, launching new product lines through thorough research and implementation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data science and SEO teams to ensure that marketing strategies are cohesive and aligned with overall business objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Enhance large-scale, complex operations by employing industry-leading paid search methodologies, tools, and platforms to achieve exceptional performance.
• Budget Management: Actively manage budget distribution and pacing across campaigns to guarantee optimal ROI and the successful achievement of key performance indicators.
• Performance Optimization: Refine creative assets and boost conversion rates by improving landing pages, ad copy, keywords, and target audiences.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain awareness of industry trends, search engine updates, and changing financial user behaviors to keep campaigns competitive and effective.
• Competitive Analysis: Execute comprehensive competitive analysis and benchmarking to uncover market opportunities and gaps within the financial sector, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with data and analytics teams to create dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and pinpoint opportunities, ensuring strategic decisions are based on actionable insights.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, comprehensive reports on campaign performance, market intelligence, and future strategies to key stakeholders and leadership.
• Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Hands-On Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in hands-on paid search marketing, with a proven record in driving growth for web and app.
• Industry Advantage: Previous experience in Finance or Tech is an advantage.
• Platform Use: Demonstrated extensive expertise in Google Ads and Apple Search Ads, along with a proven ability to scale campaigns globally.
