• Over 5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, outbound business development, or sales enablement, particularly within digital marketing services or an agency setting.
• Demonstrated capability to create a relationship-driven pipeline from the ground up rather than merely executing an existing playbook.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge: proficient in SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI, enabling credible discussions with senior marketing leaders.
• Experience in agency, consultancy, or startup environments is highly preferred.
• Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot): adept at list building, maintaining data hygiene, and tracking pipelines.
• Comfortable engaging in conversations with CMOs and enthusiastic about fostering those connections.
• Self-motivated and highly autonomous, with the ability to set your own priorities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to develop a comprehensive approach.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and eager to help shape the role as you evolve within it.
• Assess success based on quality outcomes, such as first meetings and pipeline creation.
• Keen to integrate AI tools into your workflow for research, outreach, data analysis, and content creation.
