Senior Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Development of Growth Strategies.

• Design and implement data-driven growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

• Analyze conversion funnels to understand the behavior of potential customers and identify weaknesses and growth opportunities.

• Collaborate in the prototyping of user interfaces and apply the designs created during the execution of the Optimization strategy.

• Implement CRO methodology with clear growth objectives at intermediate points and the final sale across all online channels.

• Participate in and configure the deployment of analytical tools (A/B testing, heat maps, page customization modules, online surveys, etc.).

• Engage in projects aimed at improving conversion processes at all stages of the funnel, including enhancements in forms, implementation of new technologies that support conversion, and data modeling.

• Exploit and interpret data from tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Yield, Clarity, etc., for conversion optimization and enhancements in user experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge in digital products and Growth.

• Possess a "scientific mindset."

• Have experience in data analysis through various tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with testing and optimization tools such as Optimizely, VWO.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.

• Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Possess a creative mindset.

• Have the ambition to constantly improve.

• Be capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback.

• Show resilience in the face of potential challenges and/or failures.

• Act proactively and anticipate needs.

• Hold an intermediate level of English (B2).
