Senior Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Lead with foresight: Act as the strategic steward of funded-loan growth and lifetime value, propelling both immediate revenue and long-term development throughout your entire portfolio.

• Influence on a large scale: Cultivate trusted relationships with executive-level leaders (CEOs, CMOs, VPs of Marketing) and convert their aspirations into actionable growth strategies.

• Drive innovation: Initiate R&D testing projects to validate new methodologies, motivations, and data signals that advance the industry.

• Lead cross-functional teams: Direct the Embedded Growth Team (Product, Data Science, Creative, Call Intelligence, Operations) to ensure seamless execution.

• Govern with excellence: Oversee program health within our proprietary Homeowner-First Framework, identifying gaps and establishing early escalation pathways to preemptively address issues before they affect funded outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in driving enterprise account growth, managing intricate client portfolios, and generating revenue.

• Demonstrated success in mortgage, fintech, or performance marketing sectors.

• Proven history of managing substantial budgets and engaging multiple stakeholders.

• Extensive knowledge of SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and contemporary growth technologies (call intelligence tools, analytics platforms, etc.).
