
Senior Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Define and lead the Growth strategy
• Gain a deep understanding of the customer, the customer journey, and the performance across various channels
• Analyze the entire funnel to identify friction points and growth opportunities (registration, onboarding, activation, subscription, renewal, reactivation)
• Design, prioritize, and execute high-impact experiments (both desktop and mobile)
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Data, Marketing, Content, Technology, and Customer Service to transform data into tests and tests into results
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate tests, and customized experiments
• Create and implement sustainable growth loops: virality, referral, community, usage, retention, renewal
• Utilize analytics and testing tools (GA4, Search Console, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, etc.) for diagnostics and decision-making
• Serve as an internal reference for experimentation methodologies and data-driven culture
• Report results and insights to the Monetization Manager and Management (CEO)
• Over 5 years of experience in Growth, CRO, or Digital Product, with impact on business metrics (acquisition, activation, conversion, DAU/WAU, ARPU, LTV, Churn, Cohorts, Quick Ratio)
• Experience leading full-funnel growth in SaaS/digital (ideally subscription-based)
• Experience in monetization: pricing, trial periods, elasticity, upsells, and retention strategies
• Advanced knowledge of experimentation tools (Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, etc.) and analytics (GA4, Search Console, Amplitude, Mixpanel, BI, heatmaps)
• Ability to translate data into strategic decisions and priorities
• Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Regular use of Generative AI tools (LLMs, Midjourney, automation tools) to enhance productivity
• 100% remote work
