This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools that offer clear insights into conversion performance throughout the entire funnel, from initial contact to enrolment.
• Set, execute, and uphold a consistent metrics framework across acquisition, nurturing, and conversion channels.
• Convert funnel data into actionable insights, recommendations, and decision-ready reports for senior stakeholders.
• Create and sustain a dependable single source of truth for growth performance across the portfolio.
• Drive conversion rate optimization across critical user journeys, landing pages, forms, calls to action, and application processes.
• Plan and implement growth infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing measurement, experimentation, and conversion performance.
• Design, conduct, and document A/B and multivariate tests with well-defined hypotheses, success metrics, and learning outcomes.
• Evaluate and enhance email, SMS, and related communication journeys, focusing on segmentation, sequencing, automation logic, and benchmarking.
• Identify deficiencies in nurturing and re-engagement flows and create improved lifecycle journeys based on behavioral data.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of growth experiments, balancing quick wins with longer-term strategic opportunities, while fostering a culture of testing and continuous optimization.
• Proven experience of 5 or more years in growth marketing, conversion rate optimization, or a closely related field, with a strong track record of enhancing funnel performance and commercial results.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including modeling, cohort analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Practical experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform, encompassing workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and assess A/B or multivariate experiments using robust methodologies.
• Strong grasp of funnel analytics, with the capability to analyze data, pinpoint root causes, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience in refining forms, applications, or conversion journeys, ideally utilizing Typeform or comparable tools.
• Proven experience in building, scaling, or revamping email nurturing programs and automated communication flows.
• Confident use of AI tools to assist in research, analysis, content iteration, and workflow automation in a practical, results-driven manner.
• Experience in operating effectively within startup or scale-up environments, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and agility.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to align stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Experience in education, edtech, or learner-centered products is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, or similar is advantageous.
