Senior Growth Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement growth strategies.

• Analyze the complete customer journey to identify bottlenecks, friction points, and potential opportunities in acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention phases.

• Generate hypotheses and oversee the design, management, and analysis of experimentation and testing cycles.

• Create dashboards and performance reports focused on CRM KPIs and business metrics.

• Develop reports and dashboards to track open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall business impact.

• Enhance engagement, streamline the customer lifecycle, and improve the scalability and efficiency of CRM communications.

• Boost conversion and retention rates while minimizing churn.

• Validate high-impact tests and incorporate successful strategies into core CRM workflows and product strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an analytical, data-driven, and investigative mindset.

• Expertise in SQL for extracting insights and recommending ongoing optimizations.

• Solid understanding of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, statistical significance, and hypothesis formulation.

• A comprehensive product perspective and data intelligence.

• Previous experience in merchant acquiring or payments is an advantage.

• Knowledge of B2B or B2B2C merchant customer behavior is a bonus.
